I just wanted to comment how, yet again, I find your staff the model of efficiency and pro-activity.
It is utter pleasure dealing with them, and you.
They are resourceful and keen. One time when our staff were on lunch (they don’t budge at lunchtime) your men found the correct equipment and wheeled it out without any assistance. Lightning quick and very pleasant.

I would like to say many thanks to your guys (Craig and Ross) who delivered a very large and heavy glass table to my residence yesterday afternoon. They dealt with the logistics of unpacking and moving such a heavy delicate object without complaint or issue. Without their dedication and skill we simply would not have been able to manage the delivery. As such I can only say again how very pleased we are with the service provided, your staff were polite efficient and humorous making the whole process simple yet very professional. Nothing was to much effort for these guys as they somehow managed to navigate a huge glass table round my house, not an easy task, without any mishap and with the foresight to identify and minimise potential damage along the way.
They took away the debris from the unpacking which was really unexpected and a massive relief due to the quantity of packing.
I wish all deliveries could be so efficient and seamless. I would use this service again no problem.

We had a delivery today of our bedroom furniture and I wanted to let you know how delighted we were. John and Marc did a great job, it’s a very steep hill to reverse down to our house and the did that superbly and then brought in the furniture, unpacked everything and took away all the packaging. They were courteous and helpful.
We were very happy with our delivery – it was a super service.
